Our laboratory Room 3007 in Cheng Yu Tung Building (CYT) of HKUST is the main facility of the Big Data Institute where researchers and students from its various labs are based.
The conference room, CYT-3007G, within the premise, is established to facilitate exchange internally and externally, and allow hosting of meetings and showcase to external partners.

You can see the conference room’s availability (marked by Busy/ Free) by logging in to the shared account of “cyt3007g”. Please refer to the email sent by BDI administrator after the establishment of the room. Please ask your supervisor to book the available timeslot for you.
