Our laboratory Room 101 in Lo Ka Chung University Center (UC) of HKUST is the main facility of the Big Data Institute where researchers and students from its various labs are based.
A meeting room (UC-106) located inside the BDI lab is established to facilitate exchange internally and externally, and allow hosting of meetings and showcase to external partners.

You can book this meeting room for your project students sitting at UC-101. Please follow the this guidelines to make the booking accordingly.
Please note you must have the ITSC staff email account and be included in the list to make the bookings.
For technical support and delegation of booking right to designated staff members or researchers for your research group, please contact BDI administrator at cssystem@cse.ust.hk.

You can see the availability of the meeting room (marked by Busy/ Free) by logging into the shared account of “uc106”. Please refer to the email sent by BDI administrator after the establishment of the room. Please ask your supervisor to book the available timeslot for you.
