Job Description:

T-Star Program is specifically designed for students graduating in 2027 and beyond. Job Requirements:

Mechanical Engineering:
Solid foundation in mechanics and mechanical engi-neering; skilled in modeling, drafting, and dimensional tolerance analysis. Experience in simulation, thermoelectric fundamentals, or dimensional chain calculation is a plus. Additional experience in modal analysis, vehicle tuning, acoustic testing, or energy consumption analysis is highly desirable.
Electronics Engineering (High/Low Voltage):
Solid foundation in analog/digital electronics; familiar with common power electronics topologies. Experience in schematic design, PCB design, and laboratory debugging is required. Proficiency in Python or C is a plus.
Software Engineering:
Solid foundation in algorithms and data structures; proficient in one or two of the following languages and their development tools: Embedded C (RTOS), C++ (Linux), Python, Go, Android, iOS, or JavaScript.
Must have a track record of complete software project delivery.
Materials Engineering:
Familiarity with at least one of the following: polymer/thermoplastic material design, characteriza-tion, or molding processes.

T-STAR Internship:
Global students graduating in 2027 or later, with at least a bachelor's degree. Internship duration must be ≥4 months, with ≥4 days of full-time attendance per week.
Full-time Campus Recruitment:
2026 graduates and graduates with 0-2 years of experience, with at least a bachelor's degree.
* Candidates with experience in Formula racing & competitions or fluent English proficiency are preferred.
