Job Description:
What You’ll Do:
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle: system design, coding, integration, testing and deployment.
• Develop and maintain backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and optimize REST APIs to connect robots, applications, and cloud services.
• Apply cloud-native and SaaS principles to build scalable, high-performance systems.
• Explore and support the integration of AI / LLM features into robotic control platform.
• Work with MS-SQL databases using JDBC, MyBatis, etc.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers and DevOps teams.
• Deploy and monitor systems on cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure.
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
• Degree, Associate Degree, or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Strong experience in Java backend development.
• Hands-on experience with:
o Java and Spring Boot
o REST API, JSON
o JDBC, SQL and MyBatis or other mainstream ORM frameworks
o MS-SQL or other mainstream database software
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS / Azure are an advantage.
• Experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot is highly desirable.
• Good collaborative mindset and problem-solving skills in cross-functional team settings.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn emerging technologies like AI and robotics.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese is an advantage).
• Must hold a valid Hong Kong work permit.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior roles.
Working Days: 5
Working Hours: 9am-6pm
