CONFUSED AND SLOPPY, 18 March 1999

The police force does not seem to have much to do, so there remains plenty
of time to bore the viewer to death with a confused story and a sloppy made
film. The overdrawn political correctness makes the film very stuffy and the
viewer aware that the makers just wanted to make a film with a message the
market was ripe for; so, no honesty here.
