I have been regularly reviewing papers for major database journals (e.g. IEEE TKDE, ACM TODS, ACM TOIT, ACM TOIS) and serving as a PC member in quality conferences (e.g. DEXA, DASFAA, PAKDD, ER). I served as a conference program co-chairman and local arrangement chairman to prepare for the seventh International Database Engineering and Application Symposium, IDEAS in July, 2003.
