The E-Learning Project

In this project, we plan to build an EVIDENCE-BASED Education Platform, targetting on moving towards a 360 degree view of students. We first conduct a post-course analysis of teaching material quality, then apply predictive analysis of student performance and learning pattern. By the end of the project, we will build a framework which integrates all the technology developed from this project and applies to various online learning applications to enhance teaching/learning quality. 

Here is our timeline.

Stage 1(In progress currently): Design a mixture multi-variant quality measure model for each course material, therefore help instructors to improve teaching quality.

Stage 2: Discover student learning patterns and predict student performance based on pattern.

Stage 3: Find similar groups of students by transfer learning.

Stage 4: Build incremental model to handle the updates.
