Unlike North America, where hotels offer special rate to education institution without a blink (a promotion code is all needed), Hong Kong hotels do not offer such convenience. The Local Arrangement has worked with HKUST Purchaing Office to arrange the following four hotels:

	The Royal Pacific

The paper sessions and lunch of the workshop will be held on HKUST campus. Dinner will be held in Tsim Sha Tsui (exact restaurant to be announced). If you plan to do shopping and enjoy city life, the best location of your hotel is Tsim Sha Tsui. For transportation to HKUST, please refer to Venue and Transportation page.

The two hotels in Tseung Kwan O are right above the Tseung Kwan O MTR (subway) station. It takes one MTR station and a Green Minivan trip to HKUST campus (of course, Taxi is great and should be within HK$70). These hotels are newer than those in Tsim Sha Tsui and are in residential area, a great place to experience local living. Going from Tseung Kwan O to Central and Tsim Sha Tsui takes about 25 min by MTR (subway).
