Prof. Ke YI Elected as 2021 ACM Distinguished Member
CSE faculty Prof. Ke YI is elected as one of the 63 ACM Distinguished Members in 2021 for his outstanding scientific contributions to computing. His accomplishments are considered to have advanced computing as a science and a profession.
Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) recognizes distinguished members for pivotal educational, engineering and scientific contributions. The ACM Distinguished Members work at leading universities, corporations and research institutions in different countries. They made advancements in areas including bioinformatics, computer architecture, computer graphics, data science, human-computer interaction, networking and distributed systems, semantic web research, security, and software engineering.
The ACM Distinguished Member program recognizes up to 10 percent of ACM worldwide membership based on professional experience and significant achievements in the computing field.
