HKUST Firebird CTF Invitational 2024 Award Ceremony

The HKUST Firebird CTF Invitational 2024 award ceremony was held successfully on March 22, 2024 in HKUST Campus. We were glad to invite Prof. Xiaofang ZHOU, Head of HKUST CSE Department, Mr. Lei SHI, Director of Huawei Consumer Business Group Software Engineering Security Department, Mr. Harper ZHANG, Senior Product Manager of H3C and Prof. Charles ZHANG, Founder of The Firebird CTF Team to witness the presence of distinguished guests. This award boasted a generous prize pool of around 30,000 HKD.

The HKUST Firebird CTF Invitational 2024 played a crucial role in promoting cybersecurity awareness among students by fostering the development of practical cybersecurity skills and facilitating technical collaboration among tertiary institutions in Hong Kong.

In this challenge, 52 teams from multiple tertiary institutions in Hong Kong participated in the competition and competed fiercely, showcasing their advanced cybersecurity skills. The winners of this year's competition are:
