CSE students Awarded HKIE Scholarships 2025/2026, 2024/2025 and 2023/2024

We are proud to congratulate three outstanding CSE students who have been awarded the prestigious Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) Scholarship over the past three academic years.

TSE Sze Bok Freeman (Dual Degree Programme—COMP, Class of 2029) is this year's recipient, honored with the HKIE Scholarship for 2025/2026. In the two years prior, ALI Shahman and LIU Jiayu from CSE were also awarded the prestigious HKIE Scholarship, for the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 academic years respectively.

The distinguished awardees are:

The HKIE Scholarship scheme aims to recognize and reward the academic excellence of outstanding full-time engineering undergraduate students. It seeks to identify potential engineering talent and nurture them into the engineers of tomorrow. Each year, the scholarship is awarded to three students pursuing HKIE-accredited engineering programs at local universities.
