Abstract:

Big data analytic is about efficiently extracting knowledge from data. It
has a wide range of applications in business intelligence, smart city,
etc. In this talk, I will introduce a multi-layer big data processing and
analytical architecture and the research works have done in our group at
first, then I will discuss the underlying issues in big data system (e.g.,
Tensorflow, Pettum). Last, I will present uncertain top-k query (UTK) in
continuous preference space, from algorithmic perspective, which published
in PVLDB'2018.
