Introduction:

According to WHO, mental health is "a state of well-being in which an individual realises his/her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and is able to make a contribution to his/her community." Mental health is a growing health concern in today's society. But how much do you know about mental health and when should we be concerned about our mental health?

In this upcoming seminar, Ms. Gigi Pang, Counselling Psychologist from Edge Development Centre, will teach us how to spot signs and symptoms of mental health issues, introduce ways to care for our own mental well-being, and also shed light on how to seek help.
